Chana Badam Barfi is one of the desserts from Punjab that I like best. The protein-rich chana flour (gramme flour), which is healthy and delicious, is used to make these barfi nibbles, which are mildly sweet, studded with chopped toasted almonds, and prepared in the renowned desi ghee.
